KizarMenu provides game modification software ("Mod Menu") for personal, non-commercial use. The software is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

• Use the software only on accounts you personally own
• Not resell, redistribute, or share your license key with others
• Not use the software to harass, harm, or exploit other players
• Accept full responsibility for any consequences including account bans
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase via our contact page. Refunds are not available if your account has been flagged for Terms of Service violations.

Free trial accounts are not eligible for refunds as no payment is collected during the trial period.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks. Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

KizarMenu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee undetected status at all times, as game developers regularly update their anti-cheat systems. While we maintain a 99.7% undetection rate, we cannot guarantee your account will not be banned.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KizarMenu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to account bans, lost progress, or lost in-game items.

8. Intellectual Property

All KizarMenu software, code, and assets are the intellectual property of KizarMenu. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or redistributing the software is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
